JUICE INFUSED GEAR
General Information:
- 10 Business days from artwork and roster approval (add one week for custom designs)*
- Standard lead-time: 5 weeks from artwork and roster approval (add one week for custom designs)*
- Price includes template design coloration, team name, numbers, player names and customer supplied vector artwork
- CHAMPRO Sports reserves the right to adjust the size of the decoration proportionally to garment size.
- FOB IL.
*Lead times may vary depending on order volume. Lead time will be confirmed at the time of the order.
Lead times are manufacturing days and do not include shipping to customer from our D.C.
Minimum Order:
- No minimum orders and no up-charge for fill-in orders
Order Submission:
- Contact our customer service representative for an electronic copy of the order form.
- Orders will not be accepted without a PDF and roster from the Uniform Builder or an electronic order form.
- Fill-out the electronic order form or build your uniform online and e-mail it to juice@champrosports.com.
Custom JUICE Order Submission:
- No art charge for template designs or numbers.
- Template designs within a sport are interchangeable, but template designs requested in another sport pattern will incur a custom charge (i.e. if you’d like to place a football jersey
design onto a baseball jersey, this is considered custom).
- Extra charges apply for custom design artwork. Custom logos, artwork, and logo digitization will incur an additional $50 per hour with a minimum charge of one hour.
- All colors, decoration and sizing must be specified.
- Any custom orders not submitted with specific direction will be subject to artwork fees.
- Artwork must be submitted in one of the acceptable artwork formats listed below.
Acceptable Artwork Formats:
- We accept print ready files in the following formats: AI, PSD, TIFF, and EPS.
- Files that require digitization will incur graphic handling charges at the standard graphic design rate
of $50 per hour with a minimum charge of one hour.
- EPS files: All text in EPS files should be converted to outlines and links should be embedded.
- PSD files: Layers should be flattened.
- Please remove any overprints within your file; these will drop out when printed.
- PDF files will be converted to AI; we are not liable for any errors during conversion.
- We DO NOT accept: Microsoft Office or InDesign files containing artwork.
Graphic Design Services:
- CHAMPRO Sports reserves the right to adjust the size of the decoration proportionally to garment size.
- Our professional graphic design services are charged at the rate of $50 per hour, with a minimum of one hour. Please contact us for an estimate.
Roster and Artwork Approval:
- CHAMPRO Sports will send an e-mail with order acknowledgement and proof of the order.
- Customer must review the order, proof for accuracy, and approve for production.
- All information on the proof and roster will be considered correct after approval is received.
- CHAMPRO will acknowledge receipt of approval and confirm lead times.
- Production and lead time will not begin until a written artwork and roster approval is received by CHAMPRO Sports.
- No changes to an order will be accepted after artwork and roster approval is received; any requested changes needed will have to be submitted as a new order.
Shortages/Claims:
- Any claims or shortages with your order must be reported within 10 working days of receipt of goods
Order Cancellation:
- No cancellations or changes are accepted after the order is approved
- Any cancellation after this time will be subject to 50% charge of the order total
Color Disclaimer:
- Scientifically it is not possible to achieve a perfect color match from one JUCE garment to another, or from JUICE garments to CHAMPRO stock garments. Therefore, we cannot
guarantee a perfect match from order to order or from one fabric to another. If you have questions about our colors, please contact us for more information. Art submissions with
specific Pantone Color call outs will automatically be converted to CMYK. If your job is color sensitive, please contact us for information on color matching services. RGB files will
be converted to CMYK; some color shifting will most likely occur. Unless a sample is ordered, CHAMPRO is not responsible for unsatisfactory color results.
Color Matching:
We cannot color match gradients. We print digitally in CMYK and use PMS colors as a guide; therefore the colors are not exact. If you have a color sensitive project, we highly
recommend that you order a sample. In the event that you do not, we will match as close as possible to the PMS colors provided, but are not responsible for the colors not printed
to your liking.
Care instructions:
- Do not dry clean
- Do not wash in hot water; Do not use chlorine bleach; Do not wash whites and colors together; Do not dry on HIGH heat
- CHAMPRO Sports is not responsible to damage to apparel as a result of improper care
- Excessive heat may cause fabric shrinkage and color change – do not put JUICE garments through a screen print dryer

 

CLASSIC CUSTOM

General Information:
· Custom jerseys without decoration:
Lead time 4-5 weeks* from artwork approval
· Custom jerseys with decoration:
Lead time 6-7 weeks* from artwork approval
*Lead times are manufacturing days and do not include shipping to customer from our D.C.
· FOB Chicago
Minimum Order:
· Minimum of 24 pieces per team per order.
· Fill-in orders will be subject to 25% up-charge and 6 pieces minimum per team per order.
Artwork Submission:
· Contact our customer service representative for an electronic copy of the order form.
· Fill-out the electronic form and e-mail it to decoration@champrosports.com.
· Orders will not be accepted without the electronic roster file filled out .

· CHAMPRO Sports is not responsible to damage to apparel as a result of improper care.
· Excessive heat may cause fabric shrinkage.

 

STOCK DECORATION

General Information:
· CHAMPRO Sports reserves the right to adjust artwork to fit the garment.
